How to start sourcing candidates?

If you've received an invite to start Sourcing candidates, go to Projects - List in the sidebar and click on the corresponding project:




After you open the project detail page, read the project brief (Description) and start your search by accessing the tab "Sourcing":



First, think about your sourcing strategy. What filters will you use?
Create more searches by clicking the "Add Search" button:



Add the search combination that you believe will result in great candidates on LinkedIn.
You can write Boolean Operators as you would on LinkedIn Recruiter:

Prepare more searches (sample screenshot below), think it through properly, and then start adding candidates:



After you have explored different search options on LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter, start adding candidates one after the other by clicking the "Add Profile" button:



Email and phone number are optional fields:



Contacts will appear on the list:
