You've probably heard about the
Tech Recruitment Program, the 4-week online course hosted by Michal Juhas, and organized by the Tech Recruitment Academy.
If you've been thinking about the Program and now wonder whether to join the Summer Camp, below is a table that can help you decide.
1. During the Summer Camp, we'll work with you 1-on-1
2. There are no group calls because people are on holiday. Instead, you'll get access to a library of pre-recorded courses and we'll design a custom learning path for you. You'll not go through all video courses, of course, just those most relevant for you.
3. Your Summer Camp will start with an onboarding call and initial assessment which will define the personalized learning path. We'll also take into consideration how much time you have!
4. You can study anytime and enjoy your vacation if needed. Just work on your assignments whenever you have an hour or two free.
5. You'll get a Sourcing mentor assigned. It's someone from Michal's team who's really good at sourcing.
6. You'll get individual weekly catch-up through Slack with Michal and your sourcing mentor. There's no better way to progress quickly. Because of this, we can only onboard a few "students."
7. You'll also get unlimited access to all video courses inside the Academy which itself is priceless if you consider how hands-on the tutorials are and how many IT positions they cover.
